  • You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Nesters Liquor Store in British Columbia, Canada
  • Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires it to be received by an adult (a person 19 years of age or older who is not intoxicated)
  • Wines purchased from Nesters Liquor Store is not for resale, and are for personal consumption only
  • You must be of legal drinking age to accept the delivery of wine. Wine shipments will not be left unattended


  • Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express


  • No minimum purchase is required for pick up, local deliveries or FedEx shipments made within BC


  • Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment
  • Nesters Liquor Store is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment
  • When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser

  1. All deliveries are only within Malaysia. Street names and POS code must be correct and accurate.
  2. NO P.O. Box or International addresses.
  3. If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, DO NOT accept the parcel.
  4. If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, please contact the carrier service (courier service) within a stipulated timeframe for next deliveries or pick up.
  5. If the order is not collected within the stipulated time, the order may be disposed and there shall not be any refund for the amount purchased for that order.
  6. We deliver each order to one delivery address within Malaysia.
  7. By completing an order through the site, you agree that you are 21 years of age or older and that you will be present to accept the delivery of alcoholic beverages. You agree that you will not be intoxicated when receiving delivery of such products. If you are sending a gift, you agree that the recipient is an individual 21 years of age or older.
  8. All deliveries including alcoholic beverages must be accepted by the account holder, who is capable of proving that he or she is 21 years of age or older and can provide a valid form of government issued identification at the time of delivery.

  1. A shipping & handling fee for every transaction for local delivery unless otherwise stated. * (the fee is subject to change by the management without prior notice).
  2. STRICTLY NO REFUND for shipping & handling charges.


* Delivery lead time for Orders to arrive (after processing and packing) is as follows:- Klang Valley: 90 Minutes
Peninsular Malaysia: 7 – 8 business working days.*
Sabah & Sarawak: 8 – 10 business working days.*

Return / Replacement/ Refund

  1. Return, refund and replacement are not accepted once the order has been received by a verified customer/recipient if the incorrect item is delivered or the item is spoiled, contaminated or consumed by the customer unless the customer lodge a complaint through the complaint form within 7 days.
  2. All returns must be done in accordance with the instructions set out herein below. We are not obliged to agree to any return unless all such instructions are followed to our satisfaction. Should we agree to the return, we will deliver the replacement Product to your specified address.
  3. You may return the product(s) to the delivery company at the moment they deliver the product(s) to you when you:
    1. Receive a faulty or damaged Product.
    2. Receive a Product that is not as advertised on the site. c) Wrong Product is delivered.

Risk and Property of the Goods

  1. Risk of damage to or loss of the Product shall pass to you at the time of delivery or if you wrongfully fail to take delivery of the Product, at the time when we have tendered delivery of the Product.
